Meet the M-SCEA President
Dr. Anntriniece Napper
Dr. Anntriniece Napper is President of the Memphis-Shelby County Education Association and has been an educator for 22 years. She has been an active member of the Association from the beginning of her teaching career, and has served as a union representative, elementary director, and vice-president of the association. Dr. Napper has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master of Education from Christian Brothers University. She also has her Master of Science in Higher Education from Kaplan University and a Doctor of Philosophy from Walden University. Anntriniece has received numerous honors, and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She is committed to serving others and having a voice for educators that will impact the association positively.
